Kim Hofstad

In 2009, while still a full time elementary teacher, Kim got her real estate license. She worked part time in the real estate business until retiring from teaching in 2014. At this time, she became a real estate agent full time and went on to get her Broker license in 2015. Kim loves helping people find a home that they can enjoy for years to come and to helping sellers with the marketing and sale of their homes. The Spring of 2016, Kim, Sherri Judisch, and Lacetta Isenberg, all brokers joined to open 1st Choice Realty in Conrad. Sherri Judisch and Kim continue in this endeavor.
Dedicating over 30 years to teaching elementary school, Kim worked helping students become and do their best while following Golden Rule. Kim's philosophy for helping clients buying or selling real estate follows this philosophy, too, treating others the way she would want to be treated.
With Conrad as her home for over 40 years, Kim loves the Golden Triangle Area and its people. Kim and her family love boating, sports, and enjoying Montana’s beauty. She loves her children, grandchildren and her pets. Kim serves actively in her church, being on church council and council president.. She's active in the Conrad Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Chamber Board of Directors, currently President. Through this Kim helps with promoting local businesses and participate in helping to organize and work events. 1st Choice Realty supports local events and the schools. Kim enjoys pinochle and acts as pinochle group organizer. She enjoys people and helping others.
